Summary 
The present report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the  Democratic  Peoples  Republic  of  Korea,  submitted  pursuant  to  General Assembly resolution 75/190, is the final report of the current mandate holder to the  General  Assembly.  He  hopes  to  draw  the  attention  of  the  international community to urgent human rights concerns and urges all relevant parties to take concrete steps towards finding a peaceful resolution to the long-standing conflict on the Korean Peninsula.
